Launching in Assam, in the Indian tea sector, the Fund provides resources, tools, technical assistance, and specialized services for tea producers to strengthen prevention and response mechanisms on GBV.

IDH is partnering with Unilever to launch the Women’s Safety Accelerator Fund with the focus of creating a safe & empowered workplace for women in the Indian tea sector through interventions aimed at addressing the core issues linked to gender based violence. To this end the partnerships, programs and funding base within the program context will have to be expanded.

- Program Support：Responsibilities will include creating concept notes, program structures structures and templates, project applications management and negotiations, contract management, budget management on a project level and monitoring & evaluation activities, as well as gathering, collating and analysis of required information.

What we offer

The successful applicant will be offered an employment contract (6 months’ probationary period) with Initiative Development Hub LLP. This role is based in Assam, India and all candidates must be willing to live and work at the location mentioned.
