On basis of these Terms of Reference (“ToR”), IDH aims to select a consultant firm specialised in cooperatives’ management, advisory services provision, business planning, and financial management that will work with IDH and provide daily hands-on support to selected cooperatives to build their in-house technical, business and management capacity to be able to professionalize their operations, scale up, and become commercially viable and supply horticultural SMEs targeting local, regional and premium export markets.
