Next to this you will manage a team building a strong brand identity through the entire organization. You will need to determine the channels, the mix and method of content and the cadence at which we can tell the broad IDH story and her impact themes, Better Jobs, Better Incomes and a Better Environment with Gender Equality as a cross cutting theme. You will also need to lead the development of a corporate communication team with proficiency-based profiles, while developing their positioning in and outside the organization.

This is a full-time position. We offer a gross monthly salary between 6.000,- and 7.500(based on 40 hours per week) depending on your seniority and skills, and solid fringe benefits, including a good pension scheme.
